Yes. The import wizard understands exports from LastPass, 1Password, Bitwarden, Dashlane and Chrome, and handles any other CSV too.
Data is encrypted in your browser with AES-256-GCM before it is sent, encrypted a second time on our servers, and always travels over TLS. Each organization has its own key, protected by a master key in Google Secret Manager, and every access is recorded in the audit log. See the security overview for details.
Yes. An admin can export group items to CSV at any time, in a format for 1Password, LastPass, Bitwarden, KeePass and others.

No. Once an admin installs Vaultiqo from the Google Workspace Marketplace, everyone signs in with their existing Google account. No new passwords, no separate accounts. A browser extension is available for convenience, but it's entirely optional.
Vaultiqo is built only for Google Workspace teams: people sign in with their Google account, you bring groups over from your directory, and you can keep the encrypted data in your own Google Drive or Firestore. An admin offboards them in one step: their personal items are handed over, their shares are revoked and their account is deactivated, all recorded in the audit log. And when Google reports the account as disabled or compromised, Vaultiqo ends their sessions immediately.
